जमशेदपुर । 12 से 22 अक्टूबर तक आयोजित किए जा रहे ‘आपकी योजना-आपकी सरकार-आपके द्वार’ कार्यक्रम के प्रथम चरण के सफल क्रियान्वयन को लेकर जिला उपायुक्त विजया जाधव ने सभी प्रखंडों के बीडीओ एवं सीओ के साथ समीक्षा बैठक कर महत्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश दिए। उन्होने पिछले दो दिनों में पंचायत स्तरीय शिविरों में प्राप्त 20,000 से ज्यादा आवेदनों पर संतुष्टि जाहिर करते हुए कहा कि लोगों की अच्छी तादाद कैम्पों में आ रही है, उन्हें सही जानकारी देते हुए ज्यादा से ज्यादा आवेदन प्राप्त करना एवं योजनाओं का लाभ दिलाना सुनिश्चित करें । जिला उपायुक्त ने कहा कि वैसे ग्रामीण जो अपने पंचायत में आयोजित शिविर में किसी कारणवश शामिल नहीं हो पाये और नजदीक के दूसरे पंचायत में आवेदन देने आते हैं तो उनका भी आवेदन जमा लें। आवेदन स्वीकारने को लेकर कोई भौगोलिक बाध्यता नहीं है बल्कि आमजन की सुविधा मात्र को ध्यान में रखते हुए उनके पंचायत में कैम्प आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। जिला उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिस पंचायत में अगले दिन शिविर लगेगा वहां के ग्रामीणों के बीच एक दिन पहले से ही योजनाओं का फॉर्म वितरित करें, इससे त्रुटिरहित फॉर्म प्राप्त होगा वहीं लोगों में शिविर में शामिल होने को लेकर जागरूकता भी आएगी।


जिला उपायुक्त विजया जाधव द्वारा सभी विभागों के अधिकारियों को आपस में समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए कार्य संपादित करने का निर्देश दिया गया। उन्होने कहा कि जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों को लाभान्वित करना हमारी प्राथमिकता है। उन्होने पंचायत व ग्राम स्तर पर आमजनों के बीच विशेष जागरूकता अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए ताकि ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग कैम्प में शामिल होकर योजनाओं का लाभ ले सकें। सभी सीडीपीओ को सावित्री बाई फुले किशोरी समृद्धि योजना का किशोरियों के बीच व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार कराते हुए आवेदन प्राप्त करने का निदेश दिया गया । मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार सृजन योजना, मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन योजना, सर्वजन पेंशन योजना, हरा राशन कार्ड, किसान क्रिडेट कार्ड जैसी कुछ महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं का लाभ शत प्रतिशत सुयोग्य लाभुकों को मिले इसे सुनिश्चित करने का निदेश दिया गया । साथ ही कंबल वितरण एवं धोती साड़ी लुंगी वितरण पर भी बल देने का निदेश दिया गया।

जिला उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जो महिलायें हड़िया-दारू बेचने के काम से जुड़ी हैं उन्हें फूलो झानो आशीर्वाद योजना से जोड़कर सशक्त करें, रोजगार के दूसरे विकल्पों की जानकारी दें, प्रेरित करें । सभी बीडीओ एवं सीओ को पंचायत स्तरीय शिविरों का भ्रमण कर सघन पर्यवेक्षण करने का निदेश दिया गया वहीं किसी प्रकार की समस्या आने पर वरीय पदाधिकारियों से भी मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त करने की बात कही गई। बैठक में निदेशक एनईपी ज्योत्सना सिंह, डीआईओ सह नोडल पदाधिकारी किशोर प्रसाद, तथा कई प्रखंडों के वरीय पदाधिकारी भी शामिल हुए।
